HOOKAH RENTALS:

For those who prefer to rent our hookah devices...

Our Hookah Rental packages includes everything you need including coals, a coal burner, and 2-4 flavors to enjoy your event.

• Our staff will setup the hookahs during or prior to your event at no additional cost.  We provide an in person demo on how to manage our hookahs. We also provide a complimentary delivery and pickup service.

• Duration: 4-6 Hour Rental

• Age: 21 and older a must

 

HOOKAH CATERING:

For those who prefer Hookah to be catered and served to their guests at the event.  

• Our Hookah Catering packages includes a hookah bar setup, 2 professional hookah team members that will provide service to both you, and your guests making sure everyone receives unlimited refills, coals, menus, and exceptional customer service for your event.

• Our staff will setup the devices and hookah bar during or prior to your event.

• Our staff will also remain on-site for the allotted time of the event to maintain the hookah experience at no additional cost!

• Choosing our hookah catering package adds value to your event and allows you to relax, unwind and exhale.

• Duration: 2-6 Hours of Service

• Age: 21 and older a must.

PAYMENT:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time the service contract has been signed.  The final balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Cash, online (square) payment, Venmo and CashApp accepted.

 

FOR OUR MOBILE LOUNGE EXPERIENCE:  (COMING SUMMER 2023)

• Port City House of Hookah is thoroughly cleaned and checked for damages after each event.  The reserving guest shall be responsible for any repairs which may be required due to negligence by the reserving guest and any guest of the event.

• Port City House of Hookah requires a $250.00 refundable hazardous deposit barring no damage or negligence that has been done by reserving guest and any guest of the event. 

• In the event the damages have exceeded said deposits, Port City House of Hookahs may exercise the right to charge the reserving guest and any guest accordingly or to purse any means to exact monies due and owing from reserving guest and any guest of the event from gross negligence. 

• In the event there are no damages and/or negligence the hazardous deposit will be refunding within 3-5 business days.

 

The following activities and/or terms are not allowed inside Port City House of Hookahs:

• Any person under the age of 21

• Illegal drugs

• ANY criminal activity

• Weapons of any sort

• Pornographic materials or acts

• Disrespectful or discourteous behavior

 

Port City House of Hookah reserves the right to immediately terminate the event for all guests in attendance for the use of illegal substances and/or any illegal activities by any guest. 

 

• There will be NO refund of any monies to the reserving guest or any guest in attendance due to the negligent behavior of any guest.

 

• Port City House of Hookah will arrive no less than 45 minutes before the event start time to ensure setup is complete and ready to proceed at the arranged start time.  Time will begin at the arranged start time regardless of all guests being in attendance or not. 

 

• Any time that has gone past the arranged ending time; there will be an additional charge of $75 per 30 minutes.

 

• Port City House of Hookah will not be held liable for items left behind nor the safe keeping of any items, so therefore please inspect the establishment before leaving.

 

WEATHER POLICY:

You may switch event dates due to forecast inclement weather.  Port City House of Hookahs will accommodate you with all of our available dates based on the weather plan you selected.  No additional charges will be applied if you change your event date.  You must call to reschedule at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled event and/or before our staff has begun traveling to your event.
